Jim is a key member of our Technology & Digital Enablement practice, specialising in contract Data & AI recruitment. Since first joining Eames Consulting in July 2019, Jim has demonstrated an exceptional ability to build and scale high-performing books. After taking time out to travel, he returned in July 2023 and hit the ground running—growing his book by 40% in just 18 months.

His impact goes beyond numbers—Jim is known for his unrivalled quality, consistency, and ability to convert roles at a market-leading rate, with a 60% fill rate on jobs added in the last 12 months. His runner book sets him up for a phenomenal 2025, further cementing his place as a top performer in the team.
